Standard Insurance
The Standard Insurance is included in the rental price and provides essential protection during your rental period.
It includes:
- Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
- Third Party Liability Insurance

- Theft Protection
With Standard Insurance:
- You are covered in case of accident or damage
- There is an excess (deductible) amount that may apply
- The renter is responsible for part of the damage cost up to the excess amount
- Damages to specific parts of the car (such as tires, wheels, glass, underbody or interior) may not be fully covered

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Insurance is valid only for driving within the island of Crete.
- Traffic violations and fines are not covered by any insurance plan.
- Damage caused by negligence, off-road driving or driving under the influence is not covered.
- Full Insurance is available for rentals longer than 4 days (according to your policy).
