Rental Policy
- Payment on arrival – Pay when you receive the car, by cash or debit/credit card. No prepayment required.
- No deposit required to confirm your booking.
- All rentals include Full Insurance with Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). Optional Full Mixed Insurance is available for an extra daily fee on rentals longer than 4 days.
- You can cancel or modify your booking for free up to 48 hours before your arrival. No cancellation fees apply.
- Free delivery and collection at Chania Airport, Chania Port and selected hotels or apartments. Extra charges may apply for Rethymno, Heraklion, Kissamos / Apokoronas, Palaiochora and remote areas.
- All rentals include free unlimited mileage.
- One extra driver is included free of charge.
- Baby and child seats are available free of charge upon request.
- Car delivery and collection service is available from 08:00 to 22:00 daily. Out-of-hours service is available with an extra charge per trip. Phone support is available 24/7.
- Required documents: valid driving license and passport or ID. An International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required for non-EU drivers.
- The driver must be at least 21 years old (depending on vehicle category).
- The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered.
- All vehicles are cleaned and sanitized before each rental.
- Any traffic fines or penalties during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.
- The vehicle may only be driven within the island of Crete.
